In congested urban and densely populated areas, a tethered airship is an excellent solution to capture stunning low to medium altitude aerial photos and HD aerial video. It can safely be flown around persons and property without risk or injury from elevation of 5 to 1000 feet AGL (depending on location). When extended time aloft is required, the blimp can remain airborne capturing media for several hours at a time. Some excellent applications include: Roadway Traffic Studies, Concerts and Sporting events, Festivals, High Rise Balcony Shots for Real Estate marketing and sales, Day and night 360 panoramic photos of city skylines and outdoor sports filming of fishing and hunting where noise is undesirable.

The helium filled airship is equipped with a gyro stabilized camera mount with full 360 degree pan and 180 degree tilt control. The camera operator views the live image as it is transmitted to a ground station/controller.

We use both gasoline and electric powered remotely piloted RC aircraft for helicopter filming. For HD Aerial Video and 35mm Aerial Cinematography we use large, powerful and very stable twin cylinder gas powered helicams. We typically carry cameras weighing up to 10 lbs. and these larger aircraft can carry this payload continuously, even at high altitudes, for up to one hour. This has proven to be a huge advantage for film directors during complex scenes requiring coordination of large casts and equipment. The camera mount is gyro stabilized with 3 axis control that provides ultra smooth images even in moderate winds. For indoor aerial video and outdoor aerial photography we rely on 700 class electric powered aircraft. We have even smaller helicopters for extremely tight confined spaces that are equipped with Go Pro size cameras.

Every shooting situation has its own unique set of challenges. This is why we maintain and operate a wide range of different platforms for capturing HD aerial video, aerial photography, aerial mapping or other aerial imaging. Where large, heavy payloads are required or winds are unavoidable, our large twin cylinder gas powered models weigh in at 35 to 40 pounds (depending on the camera selected) and are the most stable available. In tight quarters or indoors, we have a variety of electric powered helicopters that are smooth and quiet. When the precise altitude or an aerial video image or aerial photograph must be known, a tethered blimp is an excellent option. A helium filled blimp can loiter aloft for hours at a time and is a perfect choice for 360 degree spherical panoramic photography. We provide aerial imaging services from our base located in Dayton Ohio but travel coast to coast and beyond capturing amazing images from uncommon points of view.
